With the help of our staff and thanks to Vatican Museum Tickets Skip-the-Line avoid long lines and, once you have passed the routine checks, you will be free to go independently.   • It is advisable to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Customers arriving late at the meeting point canNO longer participate in the booked activity, therefore they are not entitled to any type of refund.
  • Attention: due to the mandatory security metal detector checks at the Vatican Museums, this could result in a slight delay in entry for “Skip the line” ticket holders.
  • Children under the age of 18 must bring a valid identity document with them.
  • Tour available every day from Monday to Sunday.
  • Tour not available on January 1st, May 1st, December 25th.
  • Ancient & Recent is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel due to strikes, papal audiences, etc.
  • Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, last minute bookings are accepted by phone or e-mail.
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended

Need to cancel your trip?

If you cancel your reservation you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 6 and 4 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, you will becharged a 100% cancellation fee. Refund will only be issued if the tour was booked and paid for directly with Ancient&Recent within a week from the cancellation. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train..).

    La Capilla Sixtina y los museos son espectaculares, pero lamentablemente las multitudes eran abrumadoras y no fue posible hacer pausas para fotos o contemplación. No hay ningún lugar para descansar, así que te arrastran a lo largo de un río serpenteante de gente durante horas. Agotador y frustrante.
