If you cancel the tour at least 7 days before departure, there is no cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs between 6 and 4 days before departure, a penalty of 50% will be charged. If the tour is canceled within 3 days (72 hours) of departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. The refund will only be made if the tour has been paid for and booked directly with Ancient & Recent, within one week of cancellation. Payment will not be refunded for any other reason (weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train …) In case of rain, all our tours run regularly.
